Completing the 360-degree Assessment

360 degree assessmentThe 360-degree Assessment is a method for providing feedback about your project performance from people with whom you work.

  1. Download the document (coming soon).

  2. Give copies to 3 individuals who are familiar with your work as a project manager:
    • Your immediate supervisor. This must be a person you report to or reported to as a project manager. It should be, but does not have to be, the person you reported to for the project or projects used in your portfolio of evidence.

    • One peer (e.g., another project manager in your organization).

    • One subordinate (someone who has worked for you on a project; it does not have to be the same project that you are using for your portfolio of evidence).

  3. The individuals must mail the assessments directly to PMCert.
    • These are confidential documents of PMCert.

    • The information will be used by the assessors to formulate questions for your interview.

    • The results of the 360 assessment will not be used directly in assessing your performance.
