The topics required in this exam will be based on practical knowledge about the Negotiation Challenges, Behaviors and Attitudes, Principles and Techniques, Anchor, ZOPA, MINIMAX, BATNA, Spin Selling, Rapport, Conflict Management, Behavioral Styles, Preparation and Planning, Communication, Bargaining Chip and Influence.
